Job Description
A heartfelt, character-driven short film is now seeking Black Caribbean actresses for multiple lead and supporting roles. Set in Miami, the story follows Nadia as she returns to lay her grandmother to rest and reconnects with her cousin Sabine. Through a deeply personal conversation, the two reflect on the past, explore their paths, and ponder what lies ahead. This non-union production offers a meaningful opportunity to portray complex emotional layers within a culturally rich narrative.
Job Responsibilities

Portray one of the central characters in a story of healing, family, and reflection

Deliver emotionally grounded and expressive performances

Collaborate with directors and cast to explore culturally specific nuances in the script

Be available for shoot dates and rehearsals as scheduled
Requirements

Black Caribbean women local to South Florida
