Job Description
A new short film titled Shiloh is now casting lead and supporting talent for an upcoming production filming in and around Houston, Texas. The story follows Blaze, a lonely skateboarder struggling with his secret identity while reconnecting with a girl named Shiloh, whose kindness once changed his life. Producers are seeking talented young actors for emotionally driven lead roles and a supporting teacher role. Skateboarding experience is preferred for lead characters.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray emotionally layered and character-driven roles on camera
- Collaborate with the director and cast during filming
- Perform scenes that explore relationships, identity, and personal growth
- Bring authenticity and emotional depth to performances
- Participate in scheduled rehearsals and filming days
Requirements
Blaze – Lead Role
- Ages 9–12 or 16–22
- Introspective and emotionally guarded character type
- Skateboarding experience preferred
Shiloh – Lead Role
- Ages 9–12 or 16–22
- Gregarious yet emotionally troubled character type
- Skateboarding experience preferred
Teacher – Supporting Role
- Ages 30–60
- Must submit headshot, resume, reel, or inquiries for consideration
