An independent short film titled “The Way I See It” is seeking supporting actors for multiple roles. This project explores emotional and psychological themes through complex characters and offers performers the opportunity to be part of a compelling indie production. The production is looking for dedicated actors who can bring depth and authenticity to their roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray assigned character roles with emotional depth and realism
• Participate in scheduled filming and rehearsals
• Collaborate with the director and production team to fulfill creative vision
• Take direction effectively and adapt performance as needed
• Maintain professionalism on set

Requirements

• Previous acting experience preferred but not required
• Ability to portray complex emotional characters
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for scheduled filming dates
• Must submit headshot and resume

Roles

• Mom: A grieving mother who has become emotionally jaded, impulsive, erratic, and dazed
• Dad: A ghostly presence in the family, proud, content, wise, and reflective
• Man 1: A jaded and morally complex character with darker personality traits

Compensation
