Job Description:

A coming-of-age romance short film, Amorizona, is casting Claudio “El Jefe” Lazaro, a supporting role for an older bilingual ranch owner. Filming will take place on a ranch in Vail, Arizona, with rehearsals on July 27 and filming on July 28. This paid opportunity is ideal for actors of Mexican or Native American descent who can deliver a strong, authentic performance in both English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray Claudio “El Jefe” Lazaro, a respected ranch owner.
• Perform approximately five Spanish-language lines.
• Attend the scheduled rehearsal and filming dates.
• Collaborate with the cast and production team on location.

Requirements:

• Male actor, 40–60 years old.
• Mexican or Native American descent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong dramatic acting skills.
• Submit a headshot, résumé, and demo reel (if available).

Compensation:

• $150 per day.
