Job Description

A small independent film project is casting two roles for a short scene being filmed in the Huntington area. The film, “Z Street,” is a personal creative project involving a father-son filmmaking team. The story centers on a family caught in a moment of chaos — with the father being dragged from his home and the mother undergoing a dramatic transformation into a zombie.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the Mother and Father of an 11-year-old boy in an emotionally intense, short scene.

• Take direction from the filmmaker and collaborate to bring authenticity and emotion to the roles.

• Participate in a brief one-day weekend shoot.

• Contribute to the storytelling through expressive physical and emotional acting.

Requirements

• Roles Available: 1 Male (Father), 1 Female (Mother)

• Experience: No prior acting experience required.

• Mother Role: Long hair preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be available for one weekend day in November.

• Non-union production.

Compensation Details

• Small stipend provided.
