Job Description
A short film production is seeking a young adult music artist of any gender to portray the emotional journey of a part-time musician striving to balance a full-time job while chasing their dream of making music. This role will capture the highs and lows of the creative process, from frustration to breakthrough moments.
Job Responsibilities

Portray the struggles of writing, recording, and finishing a song independently

Act in scenes working with a mentor or producer to bring music to life

Convey emotional growth and transformation, from frustration to confidence

Bring authenticity to the character’s journey of artistic self-discovery
Requirements

Age: 20s–30s

Comfortable portraying emotional vulnerability and breakthrough moments

Acting experience is a plus but not mandatory

Music background (singing, songwriting, or instrumental) is preferred but not required

Must be available for scheduled shoots
Compensation

$200 total, paid upon completion of shooting
