Account Director for Creative Agency (Experiential + Client Services)

Job Description
A creative agency is hiring an experienced Account Director with a strong background in experiential project management, client services, and agency operations. This is a full-time, contract opportunity supporting high-impact creative work and managing client relationships from planning through execution. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building strategy with clients, and can keep projects on track across teams, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships and serve as the main point of contact across projects

  • Manage experiential project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and clear communication

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and approvals while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Support agency operations by improving processes and keeping projects running efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or senior client services lead

  • Strong background in experiential marketing and project management

  • Agency operations knowledge and ability to manage multiple accounts at once

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Comfortable working remotely (LA-based availability preferred)

Compensation
