Job Description

A production is seeking actors and actresses for a vacation-themed self-tape training project. Selected participants will appear in still photos, video clips, and footage demonstrating actors recording self-tape auditions while on vacation. The content will be used for training modules and educational materials related to self-tape auditioning.

Talent will participate in acting-related scenarios that showcase the process of creating self-tape auditions in a camping or vacation environment. This is a non-union project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in staged self-tape audition recording scenarios.
  • Perform in vacation and camping-themed acting segments.
  • Follow creative direction and production instructions during filming.
  • Appear in promotional still photographs and video footage.
  • Collaborate with the production team to capture educational training content.

Requirements

  • Open to actors and actresses ages 16–70.
  • Must be comfortable appearing in self-tape training footage and still photography.
  • Must be willing to follow all production instructions and guidelines.
  • Applicants from London, Ontario, Komoka, St. Thomas, Aylmer, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous acting experience is not required but is considered an asset.
  • Must submit a headshot or head-and-shoulders selfie against a plain background.
  • Must include a brief summary introducing yourself and your interest in participating.
  • Resumes and acting experience may be submitted but are optional.

Compensation Details

  • This is a non-paid opportunity.
  • Selected participants will receive IMDb credits for their involvement in the project.
