Job Description
A CalArts student animated short film is casting voice actors for a heartfelt 2–3 minute project centered around dreams, car rides home, and a mysterious polar bear-dog. This animation casting call is seeking talented voice actors who can deliver naturalistic, emotionally grounded performances that feel authentic and conversational.
The film aims to capture the warmth and realism of a parent-child relationship through dialogue-driven scenes. Voice talent with access to professional-quality recording equipment or the ability to record in person at CalArts is encouraged to apply. No prior voice acting experience is required.
Job Responsibilities

Provide voice-over performance for an animated short film

Deliver natural, conversational dialogue between characters

Record high-quality audio from a home studio setup or in person

Follow creative direction from the filmmaker
Requirements
