Adage Dance Teams & Dance Duos for Luxury Cruise Contract

Job Description
A luxury Japanese cruise line is now auditioning established Adage dance teams and professional dance duos for an international contract sailing through Asia and Oceania, including Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

Casting directors are seeking existing professional pairs with strong partnering skills and advanced jazz and ballet technique. This is a high-level cruise entertainment opportunity offering competitive pay, private cabins, and minimal onboard duties.

Rehearsals will take place in the UK, followed by a long-term cruise contract running through January 2027.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform as an established dance duo onboard a luxury cruise ship

  • Participate in UK-based rehearsals prior to embarkation

  • Deliver polished adage performances with strong partnering technique

  • Maintain professional performance standards throughout contract

  • Travel internationally as part of cruise itinerary

Requirements

  • Established professional dance duos preferred

  • Strong jazz and ballet technique required for both partners

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Valid passport (minimum one year beyond contract start date)

  • Preferred certifications: STCW (Safety at Sea) and valid C1/D visa

  • Prior cruise ship experience preferred but not essential

Compensation

  • Minimal onboard duties (no IPM)

  • International travel experience

  • Long-term cruise contract (May 2026 – January 2027)
