Casting Call & Auditions for a reality series “The real boss ladies of Miami”. Is looking for seven Independent, opinionated, beautiful, intelligent, and well-spirited go-getters. If you are then you just might have what it takes to be a member of RBLMIA. The real boss ladies of Miami will present several women self-proclaimed “boss ladies” living in Miami or surrounding areas as they join each other together to help each other with their business endeavors and each other. As camera follow the “the real” boss ladies throughout the city.
