A new production titled Goose Point is now casting South Asian boy performers who appear approximately 4 years old for a picture-cast role. Casting directors are matching younger versions of principal actors and are looking for children with straight hair who can naturally fit the role.

This background acting opportunity is ideal for young performers in the Hamilton area who are comfortable on set and accompanied by a guardian. The role will work as ACTRA background (ACTRA BG), with union and non-union talent welcome to submit. Production is seeking children who closely match the specified look and can be available for a daytime crew call.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a younger version of a character in Goose Point

• Participate in background filming during a daytime shoot

• Follow on-set direction with the support of a guardian

Requirements

• South Asian boy performers who appear around 4 years old (may be slightly younger or older but must look 4)

• Straight hair

• Based in or able to work in the Hamilton area

• Guardian must provide full contact information

• Submit recent clear photos showing skin tone, hair, and eyes

• Confirm availability for scheduled filming

• Open to ACTRA Full, Apprentice, AABP, and Non-Union (green voucher eligible where applicable)

Job Description
A new production titled Dreamland is now casting Black male performers for an upcoming interior filming project in Toronto. Casting directors are seeking AABP and non-union Black male actors between the ages of 35 and 70 for a paid booking.

This casting call requires performers who meet specific wardrobe and grooming guidelines to match a 1950s-era look. Talent must be comfortable adapting their hairstyle to reflect the time period and appear clean-shaven. This role is ideal for experienced background performers or actors who fit precise sizing and period styling requirements.

Filming will take place in Toronto, with a scheduled wardrobe fitting prior to shoot days.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a character in an interior scene for the production Dreamland

• Attend a scheduled wardrobe fitting

• Follow grooming and styling requirements for a 1950s-era look

• Work collaboratively with the production team on filming days

• Maintain professionalism in an environment that may include atmospheric smoke

Requirements

• Black male performers (AABP or non-union only)

• Ages 35–70

• Must fit a 44–46 jacket

• Cannot exceed 6’2” in height

• Cannot exceed a 46 jacket or 38 waist

• Must be clean-shaven

• Must be willing to receive a 1950s-era haircut

• No visible tattoos

• Comfortable working on an interior set with possible atmospheric smoke
