Job Description
A paid stage production is casting a talented male actor to play the title role in Hamlet for an upcoming English-language school tour in Poland. Following the success of a modern adaptation of Lady Macbeth, the production is expanding its repertoire with a solo interpretation of Shakespeare’s iconic tragedy.
Casting directors are seeking a passionate performer who can carry a monodrama and connect with student audiences through compelling live performances.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform the lead role of Hamlet in an English-language stage production.
- Participate in school tour performances across Poland.
- Collaborate with the creative team during rehearsals and performances.
- Deliver a dynamic solo performance with strong emotional range.
- Represent the production professionally during school engagements.
Requirements
- Male actor.
- Playing age: 20–35.
- Must live in Kraków.
- Fluent in English and able to perform confidently on stage.
- Available to perform during school hours.
- Strong stage acting experience is preferred.
- Up-to-date headshot and CV required for submission.
