Job Description
Equal Play Productions is casting male performers in their 30s–40s to portray Battery-Operated Boyfriends (BOBs) in BUILD-A-BOB, an upcoming sci-fi romantic comedy feature film written by Tracey Jane in association with UCF. The production is seeking charismatic, polished, camera-ready performers who can convincingly portray idealized, custom-created boyfriends brought to life. This character-driven opportunity is open to performers of all ethnicities, with acting and/or modeling experience welcomed.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a Battery-Operated Boyfriend character in the feature film.
- Bring charisma, personality, and a polished on-camera presence to the role.
- Perform scripted scenes under the direction of the production team.
- Collaborate professionally with cast, crew, and creative staff.
- Participate in promotional appearances related to the project if selected and available.
Requirements
- Male performers in their 30s–40s.
- Open to all ethnicities.
- Charismatic and camera-ready appearance.
- Comfortable portraying an idealized, custom-created boyfriend character.
