A student-led short film with an experienced production crew is casting actors and extras for a sports-themed drama filming in Rome, Georgia. The story follows a young athlete facing mounting pressure during a high-stakes bowling competition as he struggles with expectations, legacy, and his inner voice. The production is seeking talented performers who can deliver authentic, emotionally engaging performances in both dramatic and physically active bowling alley scenes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray characters in a short film centered around a competitive bowling storyline

  • Perform natural and emotionally expressive scenes on camera

  • Participate in scenes set in a bowling alley environment

  • Follow direction from the director and production team

  • Maintain professionalism and continuity during filming

Requirements

  • Teen male actor ages 15–18 to portray George, an athletic and emotionally driven lead character with strong dramatic ability

  • Child male actor ages 7–10 to portray Young George, expressive and comfortable performing simple bowling actions

  • Teen actor ages 15–18 to portray Mitch, confident with competitive energy and strong on-camera presence

  • Adult performer ages 25–60 to portray an announcer with clear diction and a commanding speaking voice

  • Teen bowlers ages 14–18 for background roles

  • Adult spectators for background scenes

  • Male extras ages 30–60 with a classic or period-appropriate look
