Job Description
A creative team is seeking a Content and Administrative Assistant to support content creation and daily operations. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, creative, and experienced in editing digital content. The role involves assisting with content production as well as handling administrative tasks to support ongoing projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team in a collaborative, in-person environment in London. Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and contributing to both creative and organizational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and editing digital content for online platforms

  • Support content planning and scheduling

  • Help manage administrative tasks and daily workflow

  • Organize files, documents, and project materials

  • Assist the team with general operational support

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Ability to edit digital content and media

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Must be based in London

  • Must be willing to work in person

  • Ability to work three days per week (approximately 20 hours per week)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation Details

  • Paid position

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
