Castting Call: Fashion Model for District of Curves 2024 Full Figured Fashion Showcase
Job Details: We are excited to announce an open casting call for models for the District of Curves 2024 Full Figured Fashion Showcase. We are looking for confident, vibrant, and diverse full-figured models to walk the runway at our 10 Year Anniversary Show, which will take place from July 19-21, 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a celebrated event that champions inclusivity and body positivity in the fashion industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the live model casting call on January 27th, 2024.
- If selected, attend fittings and rehearsals as required.
- Walk in multiple runway shows, showcasing various designers’ collections.
- Engage with media, if requested, to promote the event.
- Represent the District of Curves brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Identify as a full-figured individual.
- Must be available on January 27th for the live casting call and during the event dates in July.
- Previous modeling experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong runway walk and presence.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to quick changes.
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
- There will be NO VIRTUAL AUDITIONS; NO VIDEO SUBMISSIONS – must be willing and able to attend in person.
