The art department is seeking skilled set design builders and assistants for an upcoming production in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who can support the construction and setup of production sets, working closely with the creative and production teams to bring visual concepts to life.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in building and assembling set designs according to production specifications
- Support the art department with setup, installation, and breakdown of sets
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with designers and production crew to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area throughout production
Requirements
- Previous experience in set construction, art department, or related field
- Strong practical skills with tools and building materials
- Ability to follow design plans and instructions accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Having access to a car or van is a plus
- Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal
