Job Responsibilities
- Produce and edit UGC-style videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
- Create multiple content variations, including thumbnails and captions
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all content
- Collaborate with the team to execute content ideas and campaigns
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing UGC-style video content
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic motion graphics skills
- Strong on-camera presence with a natural speaking style
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate based on performance
Compensation
- $45–$60 per finished video
- Part-time schedule (12–15 hours per week, flexible)
