Job Description
A commercial production is casting kids and adults to appear as background extras in a sports and outdoor lifestyle campaign filming in Central Texas. The production is seeking energetic individuals who enjoy outdoor activities and can naturally portray fun, active moments on camera. Real families and friend groups are especially encouraged to apply to help create authentic scenes that highlight outdoor recreation and community connection.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear on camera in lifestyle scenes featuring outdoor activities and sports

• Participate in natural group interactions such as recreational activities and social moments

• Follow direction from the production team during filming

• Help create energetic and authentic outdoor environments on camera

Requirements

• Kids and adults ages 8–40

• Open to all genders and backgrounds

• Hispanic/Latinx individuals encouraged to apply

• Real families and friend groups welcome

• Swimmers encouraged to submit, though swimming experience is not required

• Must be able to work locally in the Central Texas area (Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, or Lockhart)

Compensation

• $250 per day

• Additional 15% agent fee if represented

Latinx Kids for Energy Company Commercial

Job Description
A non-union energy company commercial is now casting Latinx kids ages 8–12 for paid background roles in Austin, Texas. Production is seeking energetic, natural young talent of any gender to portray siblings in a family-focused commercial campaign.

Real siblings who fit the age range are strongly encouraged to apply, but casting directors are also open to booking children individually. No previous on-camera experience is required, making this a great opportunity for new young performers looking to gain commercial credits.

This one-day commercial shoot will highlight authentic family moments, and selected talent will be featured in background roles for a major brand advertisement.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray siblings in a family-style commercial setting

• Follow on-set direction from the production team

• Participate in background scenes with natural, relatable energy

• Maintain professionalism during filming

• Be available for the full scheduled shoot day

Requirements

• Latinx children ages 8–12

• Any gender

• Parent/guardian availability for shoot day

Compensation

• $300 session rate

• $500 buyout

• Female adults portraying mid-30s, open to all ethnicities
• Male adults portraying mid-30s, open to all ethnicities
• Kids ages 9–12, any gender, open to all ethnicities
• Real families strongly encouraged to apply, though individuals may apply separately
• Must be local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area or able to work as a local hire
• Previous on-camera experience is helpful but not required

Compensation
