Casting Call: Various Roles for Choctaw Tribal Members

Job Description: We are currently seeking Choctaw Tribal Members to cast for various roles in an upcoming project. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are excited to represent Choctaw culture. We have roles for both children and adults, as well as specific opportunities for those aged 25 and older. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the entertainment industry, as well as seasoned actors.

Job Responsibilities:

• For child roles (Boys and Girls aged 6–16), parents or guardians must ensure availability and consent for participation.
• For adult roles (Mom and Dad aged 35–55), individuals must be comfortable with possibly performing in water scenes.
• For roles aged 25+, responsibilities vary by role and include portraying hotel concierge, restaurant server, table games dealer, bartender, pool attendant, and casino customers.

Requirements:

• Must be a Choctaw Tribal Member.
• For child roles, must be able to swim and not afraid of water.
• No specific acting or modeling experience is required, but such experience is preferred for the Mom and Dad roles.
• For roles aged 25+, no actual experience is necessary.
• Must be a resident in the Choctaw Nation.
• All roles require availability on specific shoot dates.
• Must submit current photos or selfies, including at least one full body shot. Recent pics only, please!

Compensation:

• Featured talent will receive $500 for their participation.
• Travel and accommodations are not mentioned; inquire upon application.

Casting Call: Extra – Choctaw Tribal Members

Casting Search: We are currently looking for individuals who are members of the Choctaw tribe to participate as extras in an upcoming production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate as an extra in various scenes, following the directions of the director and production staff.
• Be present and prepared on the set at the designated call times.
• Work cooperatively with other cast members and the production crew.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on set at all times.
• Be adaptable to changes in the shooting schedule or scene requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be a verified member of the Choctaw tribe.
• Able to provide own transportation to and from the shooting location in Durant, OK.
• Must be available on the specified shoot date without conflicts.
• Comfortable being on camera and able to follow direction well.
• Previous acting experience is not required but is a plus.

Compensation: $250

CASTING CALL: CHOCTAW TRIBAL MEMBERS (MALE) – EXTRAS ROLES

Job Detail: We seek male Choctaw Tribal Members aged 25-45 to participate as extras in an upcoming project. This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in creative production and showcase your cultural heritage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as background extras in various scenes as directed by the production team.
• Maintain a cooperative and professional attitude on set.
• Follow instructions provided by the director and production staff.
• Be punctual and reliable for the assigned shoot dates.

Requirements:

• Male individuals aged 25-45.
• Must be an enrolled Choctaw Tribal Member.
• No previous acting experience is required.
• Must be available for shoot dates on 8/16 and 8/17.
• Should be a resident of Durant, Oklahoma, as no travel funds are available.
• Extras roles require non-recognizable appearances.

Compensation Details:

• Extras Roles: $250 per individual.
• Payment will be provided at the end of the shoot.
• Compensation includes all media usage rights (unlimited, perpetual) for the project.
