Job Description
A creative production team is seeking a freelance producer support professional to assist with ongoing styling and production projects. This role involves working closely with a lead creative to manage and execute editorial, celebrity, and commercial fashion projects. The position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to act as a bridge between talent, brands, PR teams, and production.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee production of fashion shoots (editorial and commercial)
- Manage client and brand communications
- Coordinate logistics including studios, call sheets, and schedules
- Liaise with PR agencies for clothing pulls and returns
- Support celebrity styling projects and fittings
- Negotiate rates and manage bookings when required
- Assist in building long-term relationships with brands and talent
Requirements
- Proven experience working with stylists, creatives, or talent
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and production workflows
- Well-connected within PR, brand, or creative networks (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- London-based with flexibility for remote work when needed
Compensation
- Paid per project (rate based on scope)
