Job Description
An independent short film is casting two lead male-identifying actors for a romantic LGBTQ+ story set in a small-town diner. This period-inspired project follows two waiters from different backgrounds who form an unexpected connection during late-night shifts. As their relationship develops, they must confront personal struggles, societal expectations, and their dreams for the future. Filming will take place in Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray one of two lead characters in a romantic short film
• Deliver emotionally authentic and nuanced performances
• Participate in rehearsals and scheduled filming days
• Collaborate closely with the director and cast
• Perform scenes involving romantic intimacy, including same-sex kissing

Requirements

• Male-identifying actors, ages 18–25
• Comfortable with same-sex romantic scenes
• Strong acting ability with emotional depth
• Dance experience preferred but not required
• Must be available for filming based on production schedule
• Able to work in Los Angeles
