Job Description
A live entertainment production is casting two talented male dancers to join an established performance team for an upcoming run of shows. Casting directors are seeking high-energy performers with strong movement skills and stage presence who can contribute to dynamic live performances.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced dancers with backgrounds in commercial dance, hip-hop, and street styles who are ready to perform in front of live audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in live stage shows and productions
- Attend rehearsals and technical rehearsals as scheduled
- Execute choreography with precision and energy
- Collaborate with fellow dancers and creative staff
- Maintain professionalism throughout rehearsals and performances
- Follow direction from choreographers and production leaders
Requirements
- Male dancers only
- Strong skills in one or more of the following styles:
- Commercial Dance
- Hip-Hop
- Popping
- Locking
- Waacking (preferred)
- Aggressive and powerful performance quality
- Additional tricking skills are a bonus
- Comfortable performing around fire effects
- Must be available for all rehearsals and show dates
- Strong stage presence and teamwork skills
