Job Responsibilities
- Perform a live act during the open stage event
- Deliver an exciting, creative, or innovative performance
- Participate in same-day rigging and rehearsals on-site
- Follow stage and production guidelines during the event
- Collaborate professionally with the festival production team
Requirements
- Open exclusively to female, non-binary, trans, intersex, and agender artists
- Acts should be approximately 8 minutes or less
- Seeking thrilling, surprising, or innovative performances
- Comfortable performing live before an audience
- Must be available for rehearsals and event participation
- Professionalism and strong stage presence encouraged
Compensation
- €450 net per person
- Paid live performance opportunity
