Selected dancers will be part of a dynamic live show project running throughout the peak season, delivering professional stage performances in resort settings.

Casting Call: Onboard Entertainment Team

Overview:
Join our dynamic onboard entertainment team and showcase your talent across the globe! We are currently seeking exceptional performers to fill various roles in our high-energy shows. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform on the high seas, gain international exposure, and work with top-tier entertainment professionals.

Positions Available:

• Male Dancers: Height 5’9”
• Female Dancers: Height 5’8”
• Showgirls: Minimum height 5’11”
• Hand-to-Hand (H2H) Performers
• Hand Balancers
• Aerialists
• Contortionists

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in multiple shows per week as scheduled by the entertainment director.
• Attend all rehearsals and maintain a high level of performance readiness.
• Participate in meet-and-greet sessions with guests when required.
• Adhere to safety protocols for all performances, especially for aerial and acrobatic acts.
• Contribute to the positive team environment and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in your respective performance area.
• Ability to learn choreography and show routines quickly.
• Strong stage presence and ability to connect with an audience.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and holidays.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform multiple shows per week.
• For dancers: After initial application screening, a callback package with dance combinations will be sent to be learned and performed at callback audition.

Compensation and Perks:

• Competitive monthly salary range from $2,800 to $5,500, based on role and experience.
• Contract durations range from 5 to 8 months.
• Accommodations provided in shared or single cabins.
• Guest privileges on board.
• Visas (B1B2 and C1D US visas) provided by the company for international performers.
