Casting Talent for Frito-Lay Summer BBQ Commercial

Job Description
A non-union commercial for Frito-Lay is seeking a diverse group of talent to bring a vibrant, family-friendly beach BBQ scene to life. Filming will take place at a private home in Central Florida and will feature a mix of generations, from Gen Z to older adults, enjoying food, games, and summer fun. Key roles include a confident “Grilling Queen” as well as featured extras to play friends and beachgoers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray authentic summer moments in a backyard and beach BBQ setting

  • Take direction to naturally interact in a fun, energetic group atmosphere

  • Represent a wide age range and reflect diversity in background and style

  • Submit high-quality self-tapes for consideration

Requirements

  • Seeking a multicultural or Black female actor, age 30–35, to portray the “Grilling Queen”

  • Featured extras: Gen Z pool friends and Cornhole players, various age groups and ethnicities

  • Must be local to Florida or able to work as a local hire (no travel expenses covered)

  • All talent must cover 100% of their travel, lodging, and meals if not based locally

  • Comfortable performing outdoors in a beach/pool environment

Compensation

  • Session fee: $500 + 20% agency fee

  • OCP usage: $4000 + 20%

  • Featured extra fee: $800 + 20%

  • Usage includes OTT, OLV, internet, social, and digital North America for 1 year, with a 2nd year option at +10%
