Archives of Will (AOW), a luxury styling agency, is seeking a Fashion PR Intern to join its remote team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting celebrity, entertainment, and private client publicity across red carpets, music videos, television, and press campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and build media and press contact lists.
- Draft and send pitch emails to editors, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Research and compile showroom and PR contact lists.
- Track press mentions and media coverage for clients.
- Identify relevant fashion events, galas, and activations.
- Assist with press materials and pull request letters.
- Maintain outreach trackers and follow-up records.
- Prepare weekly outreach reports detailing pitches and results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail apparel or fashion industry experience.
- Strong interest in fashion PR, luxury styling, or entertainment.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator comfortable with media outreach and relationship building.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Proficient with email, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Social media experience is a plus but not required.
