Job Description
A powerful new feature film is casting a lead role for a young Arab American actor to portray Bassam, a brave child who rises to protect his community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central character in a heartfelt, socially impactful story. The production is looking for a young performer who can bring emotional depth and authenticity to this inspiring role.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray the role of Bassam, a sensitive and courageous child

• Deliver emotionally grounded and expressive performances

• Collaborate closely with the director and cast in an emotionally-driven narrative

• Bring cultural nuance and heart to a character that leads the story

Requirements

• Arab American boy between ages 7–13

• Must be sensitive, imaginative, and expressive

• Some knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Must be available to travel and stay on location during shoot

Compensation

• Paid role: $1400 (includes travel and hotel accommodations)

• Filming takes place June through July
