An independent short horror film titled “Gone From Us” is seeking four talented actors for an emotionally intense and supernatural story. The film explores themes of grief, family trauma, and psychological tension, following a teenage girl who is visited by her long-missing father—unraveling secrets that awaken something monstrous in the shadows.

This project offers an incredible opportunity to collaborate with a passionate production team and gain experience in a festival-bound horror short.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray emotionally complex characters in a supernatural horror setting.

• Collaborate closely with the director and cast to bring the script’s psychological depth to life.

• Participate in weekend filming sessions with an overnight stay provided.

• Deliver authentic performances under various lighting and atmospheric conditions.

• Union Status: Non-Union

• Type: Volunteer

• Must be available for both Uxbridge and Toronto shoot days.

• Comfortable working in suspenseful and emotionally charged scenes.

• Must provide a resume and demo reel upon application.

Compensation
