Job Description

An upcoming action thriller titled Rogue is now casting strong, grounded performers for a gritty survival story centered on Rogue, a disciplined Army veteran who is abducted. This production is seeking actors who can deliver subtle intensity, emotional realism, and character-driven performances in high-stakes scenes. Supporting roles include emotionally grounded characters from Rogue’s past, as well as dangerous antagonistic forces and fellow abducted women. Non-union talent is welcome.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a supporting role in an action-thriller film with emotionally intense and suspense-driven scenes.

  • Take direction and collaborate professionally with the director, cast, and crew.

  • Maintain character consistency across takes and scenes.

  • Bring believable emotional depth, tension, and grounded realism to your performance.

  • Arrive prepared, on time, and production-ready for all scheduled work.

Requirements

  • Non-union performers welcome.

  • Must be able to work as a local hire in the Atlanta metro area.

  • Ability to portray grounded emotion and subtle intensity is strongly preferred.

  • Some roles may require physical commitment consistent with an action thriller.

Roles Being Cast (All Paid Supporting Roles):

  • Dad (Black American) — Male, 55s–60s. Rogue’s father. A former soldier who trained her survival instincts from a young age. Appears in present day (older) and in flashbacks as a firm but loving guide. Emotionally grounded presence that anchors Rogue’s inner strength.

  • Therapist (Any Nationality) — Female, 30s–50s. Well-meaning but disconnected. Pushes Rogue toward emotional softness without understanding the cost of survival. Subtle, conversational role highlighting the gap between therapeutic language and lived experience.

  • Lana (Black American) — Female, 20s–30s. One of the abducted women. Terrified, untrained, and overwhelmed. Attempts to follow Rogue’s lead but lacks the conditioning to survive. Strong emotional range needed.

  • Tiana (Any Nationality) — Female, 20s–30s. Another abducted woman. Frightened and disoriented; her presence reinforces the stakes and brutality of the situation. Strong emotional range needed.

Compensation

  • Paid roles (non-union).

  • Compensation details will be provided by production upon selection.
