Job Description
An immersive, interactive theatre production in the Los Angeles area is seeking talented actors for a unique storytelling experience. This production places audiences inside the narrative, where they become high school students working to stop a catastrophic event. Actors will portray faculty members guiding participants through a time-travel-based adventure filled with clues, challenges, and live interaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in an immersive theatre setting with direct audience interaction
- Portray faculty characters guiding participants through the storyline
- Utilize improv skills to adapt to audience responses in real-time
- Maintain character throughout the performance
- Engage in physically active performances, including moving throughout the venue and navigating stairs
- Participate in rehearsals and scheduled performances
Requirements
- Must be 30 years or older
- Open to all ethnicities and genders
- Strong improv and interactive performance experience required
- Comfortable with physical activity during performances
- Available for rehearsals and ongoing performances

Compensation
- Paid opportunity
- $20/hour for rehearsals
- $50/hour for performances
- Paid previews, performances, and rehearsals on a graded scale
- Non-union project
