Kristen started off in the hospitality industry from a young age and never dreamed of working in television. A chance encounter while living in Arizona allowed her to discover the world of Reality Television Casting and she knew it was her calling. A natural at talking to people, a true connector along with her creative mindset proved to be the perfect combination to allow her to achieve her current title of Casting Director and President of KMoss Casting. Because the Reality Television Industry gave her so much, Kristen is determined to give back. Creating the American Reality Television Awards in 2012 with her business partner, Andrew Ward, is one of the biggest accomplishments of her life. Always trying to innovate and find ways to bring the industry together, the American Reality Television Awards honors talent on screen and behind the scenes annually.
