NEW MOVIE CASTING 3/23
PAID BACKGROUND & FEATURED TALENT
Destination Casting is excited to announce we are accepting submissions for paid, stand ins, background and featured talent to work as local hires in the Atlanta GA area!
NOW CASTING THE FOLLOWING FEATURED BACKGROUND TALENT …
STUDIO BAND MEMBERS
- Any ethnicity MALE or FEMALE
- Appears Ages 18-45
- All shapes & sizes!
- MUST be able to play: Keys, drums, bass or guitar!
- Will not have to play in the scene but must look authentic!
FEATURED BG Rate: $150/12+OT
-Paid in the form of check via payroll company within 4-6 weeks
-Virtual voucher completed via Castifi (Now called Everyset!)
-Must have valid identification to work in the US
Shoot Dates: 3/23/2022
-All dates subject to change
-Shoots can last -/+12hours
-Must have open availability as talent may work multiple days between these dates
Shoot Location: Atlanta GA (area)
-Some locations may not be within perimeter or on Marta line
-Talent must be able to work as a local hire
-Exact locations will not be released until the day prior to shoot day
MANDATORY COVID-19 TESTING: MONDAY 3/21
-MUST test with Production prior to being allowed on set
-Testing Time: Approx 7:30am-5pm
-Must be taken within 48 hours of work date
Seeking experienced cheerleaders and tumblers for New Universal Studios production filming in the Cleveland/Akron area.
Seeking:
- Age: 14-22
- Gender: Female
- Ethnicity: Any
Casting requirements:
- Must be fully vaccinated including booster shot; if eligible.
- Vaccination Status will be verified by production
- Minors can not submit themselves. All minors must be submitted through a parent/guardians email account. Parental/guardian consent is mandatory and consent forms will be provided to all minors who are booked.

- From mid-April to early June. (You will be needed multiple days of filming so you must have a flexible schedule)
This Video Shoot is for a Marketing Company coming up this next week and are in need of a just a few Experienced Non-Union Background Talent. Patrons in the background of a diner scene. Others will do some simple actions (but more featured) including walking out of a door close to lead talent.
Rate for either day: $150/up to 8 hours (paid lunch break). They will start in the morning and should be done by early evening. Quick pay.
WEDNESDAY, March 23rd
Law Offices – Downtown Chicago
- Only a few extras to play a family
- Public Transpo or being dropped off and picked up best for this because on this one-parking is ‘not’ paid. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
- A sister and brother + parent (40-50 and a parent 70+) Caucasian or African American
- 1 male or female, 30-40, African American or Caucasian
THURSDAY, March 24th
Cafe on Chicago Avenue in Chicago
- There is free neighborhood parking this day, if driving
- One elderly couple: woman + man 70+ African American or Caucasian
- A few extras, 30 – 65, African American or Caucasian
For the movie (previous posts), we still need just a few more teenagers 16–18 years old~~must be at least 16 years old and covid vaccinated). Everyone will be tested approx. 48 hours prior. The Stand Ins have been selected. Waiting on Photo Double decision. For teenagers, if you were submitted to hold avail or booked, we will need you and have more definite bookings by this weekend.

Hispanic looking or Hispanic. The shoot will be in English.
The idea is to be a very organic, interview setting asking them a few questions at the studio. (shoot will be approx two hours) talent can be regular people, not necessarily model types.
CASTING CALL – FINANCIAL INSTITUTION – FILMING IN SYDNEY
We’re looking to cast four individuals to feature in an upcoming health industry-focused campaign for a popular Australian bank.
1. FEMALE OF INDIAN OR MEDITERRANEAN DESCENT (30s)
2. FEMALE OF ASIAN DESCENT (early-mid-40s)
3. FATHER (30 – 45 yrs) + CHILD (5 – 7 yrs) OF ABORIGINAL, TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER, MAORI, OR PACIFIC ISLANDER DESCENT
SHOOT DATES: 22nd – 24th of March 2022 (1 x shoot day – TBC)
***Please note that all precautions are being taken by production and the client to make sure talent will be working in a clean and safe environment. COVID safe plans will be adhered to on set.
TALENT FEES:
Selected Adult Talent will receive $2,000 – $6,000 AUD for their involvement
Selected Child Talent will receive $1,400 AUD for their involvement
