Additional Information
At the recent One Piece Day celebration in Tokyo, Netflix confirmed that Season 3 was officially greenlit even before Season 2’s release. This early renewal highlights the streamer’s confidence in the series and the massive fan demand. Since Season 2 wrapped filming earlier this year, casting for Season 3 is the next step before cameras start rolling in late 2025.

Hello! Great article! It’s nice to see the Casting Directors credited, they did such an amazing job so far for this show! Congrats to them!
Just wondering, are you saying there will be open calls for One Piece S3 on this website? Or are you just speculating without knowledge of whether that will actually be the case?
Because so far, all the casting calls have been very secret and private. Not just using a code name instead of “One Piece”, but also hiding all the casting calls behind paywalls so the general public wouldn’t see them.
It would be amazing though if they made public casting calls this time, but uncertain that will be the case unless you have some knowledge about it that we don’t!
Thanks!
