How It Works
Step 1: Post Your Job or Casting Call
Start by posting your job as usual — it only takes a few clicks to get your listing live.
Step 2: Search and Invite Talent
Head over to the Professional Search page.
Here, you can use filters such as gender, skills, ethnicity, body type, and experience level to find exactly who you’re looking for.
When you find a professional who fits, simply click Invite to Job.
Step 3: Choose the Job and Send the Invitation
From the professional’s profile, click Invite to Job.
A popup will appear where you can select which job or casting call you’d like to invite them to.
Once you click Send Invitation, the talent will be notified instantly.
Step 4: Email & Platform Notifications
Invited professionals receive an email notification , letting them know they’ve been invited to apply.
Step 5: Track Your Invites and Submissions
In your Job Dashboard, you’ll find an “Invited” section that shows:
- Who you’ve invited
- Whether they’ve applied
- If they’ve declined or haven’t responded yet
This makes managing your talent outreach quick and transparent.
