Introducing Job Invites: A Smarter Way to Hire

Date:

We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Job Invite feature — a powerful upgrade designed to connect professionals and companies faster, more efficiently, and with greater accuracy.

Whether you’re casting a project or looking for your next big break, this feature transforms how talent and opportunities meet.

What Is the Job Invite Feature?

The Job Invite feature allows companies to directly invite talent to apply for specific jobs, and talent to receive personalized invitations for roles that match their skills and experience.

It eliminates the guesswork, filters out noise, and brings the right opportunities to the right people — instantly.

Why We Built It

We’ve worked closely with casting directors, producers, brand managers, and thousands of creative professionals. Across the board, they’ve all faced the same challenges:

  • Too many unqualified applications
  • Long turnaround times in the hiring process
  • Missed opportunities due to poor visibility

We built Job Invites to fix that.

Key Benefits

For Companies:

  • Faster Talent Matching: Find and invite qualified professionals in seconds
  • Higher-Quality Submissions: Only receive applications from those you’ve handpicked
  • Enhanced Security: Control access and visibility to your job listings with smarter tools

For Professionals:

  • Get Discovered Faster: Receive direct invitations to apply for roles you’re a fit for
  • More Relevant Jobs: Skip the noise and get connected to serious opportunities
  • Build Credibility: Show up as a top pick in front of hiring professionals

How It Works

Step 1: Post a Job or Casting Call

Start by creating your job listing. Fill in the role details, requirements, and any important information, then publish the job in just a few clicks.

Step 2: Invite Talent Directly

Head to the Professional Search page to browse or search for potential candidates. Use filters, tags, or profile views to select the talent you want to reach. Once you’ve found someone who fits, click Invite to Job to send them a direct invitation.

Step 3: Track Submissions

Visit your Job Dashboard and open the Invited tab for that job. There, you can monitor all invited professionals, see who has applied, and follow up based on their status. This helps you take action faster and move qualified candidates through the pipeline efficiently.

For Talent

If you’re invited to a casting call, you’ll receive an email notification from Project Casting. This message includes a direct link to view the job. You can then review the opportunity and submit your application.

Receiving an invite means a company has shown specific interest in your profile and is encouraging you to apply.

The Job Invite feature is more than a convenience. It’s a strategic advantage for professionals and companies looking to move quickly in a competitive industry.
