The Recommended section in your Dashboard automatically surfaces professionals who match your posted job based on:
- Skills
- Location
- Age range
- Experience
- And other relevant job criteria
Instead of browsing through thousands of profiles, you’ll instantly see curated matches tailored to your specific listing.
Where to Find It
Using Recommended Talent is simple:
- Log in to your Project Casting company account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the Recommended tab
You’ll immediately see professionals who align with your active job post.
If you have multiple jobs live, you can use the Job dropdown filter at the top of the page to select a specific role and refine your matches even further.
Invite in Just One Click
Found strong candidates? Take action instantly.
From the Recommended tab, you can:
- Select individual professionals
- Or click Select All
- Then hit Invite to Apply
Invited talent will receive a notification and email encouraging them to submit directly to your job.
