The brain behind the screenplay is none other than David Koepp, the original Jurassic Park screenwriter. This is his first return to the franchise since The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Adding more thrill to the project, Godzilla director Gareth Edwards is given the responsibility of leading this movie.

These include Mahershala Ali from Green Book, Scarlett Johansson of Black Widow, Rupert Friend from Anatomy of a Scandal, Jonathan Bailey of Bridgerton, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo from The Lincoln Lawyer. Each of these bagged offers directly, except for Luna Blaise from Manifest, who reportedly secured her role against fierce competition.

The film will also feature David Iacono of The Summer I Turned Pretty and child actress Audrina Miranda. And yes, there will be a bunch of hungry dinosaurs to keep the thrill high.

While offers are luring some big actors to the project, from Top Gun: Maverick chose to turn down the opportunity. He simply felt that his presence wouldn't add value to the movie, but he still praised the script highly.

Producing this much-anticipated film are Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley for Kennedy/Marshall, with Steven Spielberg onboard as the via Amblin Entertainment.
