Over 2 million people tuned in to watch the Season 2 finale of Starz Network’s hit TV series Power. According to reports, Power continues to grow their audience in their sophomore run.
The Season 2 finale of the Starz drama “Power” has set a viewership record for the cable station in Live Plus 3 numbers, which take into account the initial audience and those watching via delayed viewing over the following three days.
In Live Plus 3, the Saturday at 9 p.m. premiere airing of the finale accumulated 2.39 million total viewers, a record for Starz in terms of episode premiere viewership. The previous record was set the week before with episode 209 of the series, which drew 2.29 million viewers in Live Plus 3. [TheWrap]

Power is a drama series airing on Starz. The show was created by Courtney Kemp Agboh and is produced by the rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. Power centers around James St. Patrick, nicknamed “Ghost”, owner of a popular New York City nightclub. But behind the scenes, he is a major player in one of the city’s biggest illegal drug networks.
