Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is now filming additional new scenes in Vancouver, Canada.
According to reports, Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Geoffrey Rush are heading to Vancouver to film reshoots for Pirates of the Caribbean 5. Production is expected to have started last week and end on April 13th under the working title Herschel Additional Photography.
It’s important to point out that Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales wrapped several months ago in Australia but the movie is expected to go back into production for “an extra big set-piece scene.”
Deadline reports that there is also reporting there will be a very special guest on the Vancouver set as well, Paul McCartney. Apparently, McCartney is expected to appear in the movie, but Disney is staying quiet about the details. The sequel’s current release date is May 26, 2017.
