It took  17 seasons to make a movie where a pig traps an entire under a dome. It may take  Guy only 15 seasons.

There have been of a full-length for years. In 2012, revealed that “we do know what the Family Guy movie will be.”

MacFarlane then praised The Movie for being “hilarious,” but he had one problem. “it's a story,” MacFarlane commented, “they probably could've done on TV. There could've been an episode that had that plotline. That's the challenge with animation. You pretty much can do any story you want, so what is the reason for the movie? We finally hit on the answer to that question, and it will be something that would be impossible to do on TV.

Seth MacFarlane took to saying that Family Guy movie is still in the works.

So there you have it: “Soon.” Technically, there's already been a Family Guy movie: Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. But the special was released straight to DVD, so it doesn't really count.
