Teen recreates Taylor Swift outfits and it’s pretty amazing.
Taylor Swift has a huge fan base. There are millions of die-hard Taylor Swift fans who express their love by attending her shows, downloading her music, and tweeting the singer daily.
Lotte Lutjes, 18, from the Netherlands, does something a little bit different. She spends hours recreating Taylor Swift’s outfits, and the results are pretty amazing.
Lutjes runs a blog, Taylor Treasures, where she posts inspiration for her creations, as well as paintings and tutorials.
Seventeen recently interviewed the teen, who has created dozens of outfits based on Taylor Swift’s red carpet looks and tour outfits.
“Taylor is just so down to earth and she’s her own person and doesn’t let anyone tear her down,” she told the magazine. “I feel like that attitude is something she teaches her fans as well. She taught me how to deal with feeling left out and alone and so much more.”
Lutjes is unable to stand for long periods of time because of a rare disease, but she says discovering the art of sewing has changed her life.
“The costumes definitely make me feel more confident,” she toldSeventeen. “Not because I look like Taylor in them—that’s not my main goal! I just love making them and they make me feel fierce.”
