Burton Casting is currently casting for talent to help demonstrate a new Music based Virtual Reality Game at the SXSW Trade Show. Casting directors are looking for musicians who have great gaming and presentation skills. Think along the lines of a VR based Guitar Hero or Rockband game.

Burton Casting is currently casting for talent to help demonstrate a new Music based Virtual Reality Game at the SXSW Trade Show. We are looking for musicians who have great gaming and presentation skills. Think along the lines of a VR based Guitar Hero or Rockband game.

Male and Females, 18-30 yrs. Open on race, We are looking for fun and outgoing people to demo this product at the SXSW Trade Show. This is a tough one to find as our ideal candidate would be someone who is a triple threat when it comes to music, gaming and product presentation. Talent must be people who are not shy to Riff like a Rockstar (play air instruments) in front of gathering crowds at SXSW in the company booth and show how fun the game is! Please submit if you are very familiar with playing video games and someone who can pick it up instantly. Also, submit if you are a real musician (drummer, guitarist or vocalist). We want people with fun and outgoing personalities, who have awesome air guitar skills and can sing karaoke.
Pay rate: Presentation days at the SXSW Trade show: $300 per day (1-4 days, 8 hrs. per day. Approx. 10am-6pm), Rehearsal day: $150 (1 day for 2 hrs) (Parking paid)
Performance Dates: Must be available Sat. 3/11 through Wed. 3/15 (including rehearsal)
Performance Location: Austin Convention Center
Audition Date: Mon. 3/6 by invitation only (You will be playing the game at the audition)
