Casting Call: Background Roles for ‘Swipe’ Quinceañera Scene
Job Description: We are seeking non-union Hispanic individuals aged 18 and over to participate as background actors in the filming of a Quinceañera scene for the project titled ‘Swipe’. This filming will take place in Astoria, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as part of the background scene in a Quinceañera celebration.
- Follow directions from the director and crew to ensure scenes are captured as scripted.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor throughout long shooting hours.
- Be prepared for multiple takes and different scene setups.
Requirements:
- Ethnicity: Hispanic
- Age: 18 and over
- Union Status: Non-union only
- Availability to work the entire day on Friday, May 10, 2024
- Ability to follow directions and act naturally in a crowd
Compensation:
- Daily rate: $176 for 10 hours of work
- Overtime: Compensation for any work over 10 hours is paid as overtime
- Note: Payment terms and conditions will be provided upon hiring
