Casting Call: Background Actors for Salon/Beauty Shop Scenes in “P-Valley” Season 3
Job Description: Hylton Casting is seeking Black/African American women, ages 18 and older, to work as background actors for interior salon scenes in the upcoming season of the STARZ TV series “P-Valley.” This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a popular TV show and gain experience on a professional set.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray various roles within a salon setting, including:
- Real Beauticians
- Real Nail Technicians
- Cashier/Receptionist
- Shampoo Girl
- Salon Customers
- Follow directions from the casting director and on-set crew to ensure scenes are executed smoothly.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality during all scheduled filming dates.
Requirements:
- Must be a Black/African American woman, age 18 or older.
- Previous experience in a salon or beauty shop setting is a plus, especially for roles requiring specific skills (e.g., beauticians, nail technicians).
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
