HBO’s Righteous Gemstones is now casting extras to play Haitian villagers in Charleston, South Carolina.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on June 19th and 21st in Charleston, South Carolina.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- • 130 African American Males & Females to portray Haitian Villagers.
- • Filming Date 6/19. Special Pay Rate for this scene.
- • 150 Church Goers (New Faces needed)
- • Filming Date 6/ 21
About HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones:
Danny McBride (Eastbound & Down, Vice Principals) is returning to HBO with his latest project, The Righteous Gemstones. The new comedy centers around a world-famous televangelist family with a long tradition of deviance, greed and charitable work — all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. McBride will star as main character Jesse Gemstone, who sees himself as a maverick in the ministry game, taking what his father, Eli Gemstone, has built and expanded it for a more modern audience. In addition to playing Jesse, McBride will also serve as a writer, director and executive producer on the series. (Via)
How to audition?
The HBO Series “The Righteous Gemstones” (starring John Goodman, Danny McBride and Adam Devine) is seeking Extras for filming in Charleston!
Season 1 filming is coming to an end. Last weeks of filming and many extras are still needed. Don’t miss out on being a part of the show! ALL EXTRAS ARE PAID.
Casting is seeking the following:
• 130 African American Males & Females to portray Haitian Villagers.
• Filming Date 6/19. Special Pay Rate for this scene.
• 150 Church Goers (New Faces needed)
• Filming Date 6/ 21
If you are 100% available a date (or dates) listed and are interested in filming, follow the guidelines below to submit for consideration.
Submissions should be sent to [email protected] with heading being the Date or Dates you would be 100% Available. Example: 6/19 HAITI.
Submissions should include 2 Current photos (a close up and full length). Photos can be taken by cell phone.
Also included should be Name, Phone, Age, Height/Weight, Clothing Sizes, Description of any visible tattoos and Color/Make/Model/Year vehicle (as your vehicle could get camera time as well).
