Job Description:
We are seeking a diverse group of student extras to participate in the filming of “Juana Pelos,” a tender, coming-of-age comedy. The film centers around a young girl who is bullied at school for being hairy and secretly explores the world of hair removal. This role requires participation in various background scenes depicting school environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in various scenes as directed.
- Follow instructions from the director and crew members.
- Maintain professionalism and discipline on set.
- Be available for wardrobe fittings and makeup as required.
- Be punctual and commit to scheduled shooting dates and call times.
Requirements:
- Age: 11-14 years old.
- Open to all ethnicities and genders.
- Must be a non-union member.
- Ability to follow directions and act in a group setting.
- Must be available on Saturday, May 11th in Austin, TX.
- Previous acting experience is a plus but not required.
- This is a paid position. Specific compensation details will be provided upon selection.
- Meals and refreshments will be provided on set.
