Casting Call: Virtual Reading Program for 6th-8th Graders
Job Description: Are you a 6th-8th grader who loves reading and is ready to take your skills to the next level? We are launching an exciting new virtual project where you can work from the comfort of your home and improve your reading skills. If you're enthusiastic about reading and eager to participate in a fun and educational experience, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in virtual reading sessions from home.
- Read assigned materials and engage in discussions.
- Complete reading comprehension exercises and activities.
- Provide feedback on reading materials and the overall experience.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors in a virtual setting.
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings and check-ins.
Requirements:
- Must be a student in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade.
- Passion for reading and a desire to improve reading skills.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a virtual environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to participate in group discussions.
- Parental/guardian consent to participate in the virtual program.
