Netflix’s ‘Daybreak’ Acting Auditions Casting Call for Moms, Daughters

Netflix’s new series Daybreak is now casting moms and daughters in New Mexico.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on Monday and Tuesday, November 26th and 27th in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Auditioning Mom and Daughter (9-12yrs) teams to work in a fun scene on Daybreak on Dec 5, Wed. If you are a mom with a 9-12 yr daughter comfortable reacting on camera

About Daybreak:

According to VarietyDaybreak is a new series for the streaming giant Netflix. “The series finds 17 year old high school outcast Josh searching for his missing girlfriend Sam in post-apocalyptic Glendale, California. He is joined by a ragtag group of misfits including a pyromaniac 12 year old, Angelica, and Josh’s former high school bully, Wesley, now turned pacifist samurai. Josh and the group tries to stay alive amidst the horde of Mad Max-style gangs (evil jocks, cheerleaders turned Amazon warriors), zombie-like creatures called Ghoulies, and everything else this brave new world throws at him.”
